From his home in Locust Bayou (AR) Phil Chambliss has created an impressive albeit eccentric body of work that spans four decades. Art and film critics often refer to him as America’s first folk-art filmmaker. In recent years festival audiences from Nashville to Los Angeles, San Francisco to London have enthusiastically received Chambliss’ films.
The Little Rock Film Festival is proud to present two of Phil’s classic films and a brand new one, which will have its world premiere here.

LRFF PARTIES!
The Little Rock Film Festival Music Video Competition showcases the best music videos from directors across the state of Arkansas. Judges who work in the industry choose the top videos from the submissions and the winning bands perform live as the music videos are displayed on dozens of flatscreens and big screens throughout the Rev Room.
This spectacular evening of music and film is hosted by Little Rock Film Festival staffer Mike Poe, and held at The Revolution Music Room at 300 President Clinton Boulevard in the River Market downtown.
